Our team brings more than fifty years of combined specialty nursing experience, including our own years in agency work.
- Experience first. We have arrived on unfamiliar wards without orientation, and we prepare every nurse so they do not.
- Contract placements. Engagements of up to three months, with longer appointments available.
- Two clients, one standard. Supported placements for nurses, and well-matched clinicians for facilities.

You reach out, we listen.
A welcome call, nurse to nurse. We learn your skills, where you want to go and when you're free.

Collaborative planning
We plan your contract together. Clinical fit first, then place, timing and length, with a written brief before you say yes.

On the road
Your pre-shift pack before you set off. For longer stays, help with accommodation and settling into the town.

On the floor
Check-ins on day 1 and in week 1, and a number you can actually call. You're not alone once you arrive.

Through to your next adventure
Pay right and on time. A debrief at the end, and your next contract lined up before this one finishes.
We can’t promise a perfect contract, but we can promise to support you with honesty and transparency. We’re nurses ourselves, and we know how important it is to have someone looking out for you. At the end of the day, we’re just nurses helping nurses.
